Calm Abiding Meditation and Buddhist Teachings
Tuesdays 7.30 - 8.30pm (Prestwich, UK)
Buddhist meditation classes are held each Tuesday evening in Prestwich from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The classes give an introduction to calm-abiding meditation and some of the essential teachings of Buddhism.

Thursday Evening Mind Training
Thursdays 8 - 9pm (Manchester UK)
Lojong (mind training) sessions take place at Kagyu Ling each Thursday at 8pm. The sessions are shared online via zoom: Lojong Thursday zoom link
