Saturday Morning Mind Training

Saturdays 10 - 11 am (from London)

How can we deal with disturbing emotions, tame our mind and develop loving kindness and compassion?

The powerful methods of Mind Training (lojong, in Tibetan) can help us to do this and transform our everyday life, especially difficult situations that we may encounter, into the path to enlightenment.

In these monthly classes, we will examine the Mind Training teachings and reflect on how to practise these in everyday situations. There will also be some guided meditation and plenty of time to ask questions.
