Calm Abiding Meditation and Buddhist Teachings

Meditation in Prestwich

Buddhist meditation classes are held each Tuesday evening in Prestwich from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The classes give an introduction to calm-abiding meditation and some of the essential teachings of Buddhism.

If you can’t get to Prestwich to take part in the class, you can join by zoom:  Tuesday Meditation Zone (Prestwich)

You can learn how to meditate with a simple, calming meditation practice, and find out a little about the Buddhist teachings, which have such timeless significance for our modern western lives. No experience is necessary. 

The sessions are open to all, and attract people from across the north Manchester area.  If you haven’t attended before, please phone in advance to check the class is running as scheduled.
