The monthly study sessions will combine study with practice, specifically focusing on the special 'sending and taking' (tong-len) practice that is at the core of the lo-jong approach.

The Tibetan Buddhist calendar has four main days in the year. These commemorate events in the life of the Buddha.
At Dechen London we celebrate these events with special prayers on the nearest Saturday in the calendar. Anyone is welcome to sit in on Buddha days, even if you have not taken refuge.

Uniquely the practice of meditation on Chenrezik, the Great Compassion, is suitable for people with devotion to the Buddha who have not yet received an initiation. If you have any questions about attendance please contact us.
