This summer in France Lama Jampa taught Karma Thinley Rinpoche's commentary on the famous Seven Point Lo-Jong teaching by Geshe Chekawa, the most comprehensive of the Lo-jong series of instructions.

The monthly study sessions will combine study with practice, specifically focusing on the special 'sending and taking' (tong-len) practice that is at the core of the lo-jong approach.
