What can Buddhism do for me?

The Buddha's teachings are vast in scope and focus on the development of wisdom and compassion leading to enlightenment. However along the way they can also help you to achieve such immediate goals as:

  • Resilience to stress

  • Sense of wellbeing

  • Greater empathy with others

In this 6-week course, we will study eminent master Lama Jampa Thaye's text "Vision of the Buddhas". This work covers the remarkable range of the Buddha's teachings in an easy to follow and inspiring way.  

The course is led by Ben Joyce and is suitable for anyone, whether new to Buddhism or already familiar with the basic principles.
