Buddhism & Meditation Classes
Saturdays 10.30 - 11.30am
Come and learn about Buddhist philosophy and meditation in one session!
The sessions include detailed instruction in calm abiding meditation, followed by an engaging presentation of one of the key points of the Buddha’s teachings.
Run by experienced instructors, all of whom have been received and studied many teachings from such masters as His Holiness Sakya Gongma Trichen, Karma Thinley Rinpoche and Lama Jampa Thaye.

Meditation on Chenrezik - the Great Compassion
Sundays 10.30 - 11.30am
Vajrayana meditation - open to all
Uniquely the practice of meditation on Chenrezik, the Great Compassion, is suitable for people with devotion to the Buddha who have not yet received an initiation. If you have any questions about attendance please contact us
