Dechen London Buddhist Centre and shop will return to its normal class programme and opening times from Monday 3 September. Decorations at the centre are ongoing in preparation for our next special event – opening on Saturday 29 September:

Dechen London Buddhist Centre is located in West London and follows the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The Centre provides meditation classes, weekly group meditation practice and hosts Buddhist teachings by visiting lamas. Dechen London is also an exciting event space and a unique store offering specialist Buddhist books and prints. It’s an oasis of calm in the vibrant, bustling area of Notting Hill.
Dechen is an international organisation promoting the traditional practice and teachings of the Sakya and Karma Kagyu lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, founded by Lama Jampa Thaye, under the spiritual authority of Karma Thinley Rinpoche. Dechen London: Sakya Buddhist Centre is one of many Dechen centres, groups, shops and retreat centres throughout the UK and worldwide, offering a range of classes, courses and other activities.
